Jeff Dill is a passionate physiotherapist and the founder of Mobility Lab Health And Wellness Centre. With a strong foundation in both business and human movement, Jeff received his HBA in Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 2011, and then his HBA with a specialization in Kinesiology in 2013. He went on to complete his Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia from 2015-2017.

Jeff is a certified concussion provider through Complete Concussion Management (CCMI), and holds additional certifications in Acupuncture (Acupuncture Canada) and Active Release Technique (ART). His dedication to staying at the forefront of evidence-based care also led him to pursue specialized training in running-related injuries through the Running Repairs Online Course by Clinical Edge, and he is a certified running coach through UESCA.

At Mobility Lab, Jeff takes pride in offering personalized care—forgoing cookie-cutter approaches in favour of custom treatment plans that fit each patient’s unique lifestyle, goals, and available resources. His in-depth assessments and tailored programming reflect his belief that high-quality care starts with truly understanding each individual.

Outside the clinic, Jeff is a dedicated endurance athlete. He is a competitive marathon runner and triathlete, having competed in numerous Boston Marathons, long distance triathlon, and the World Rowing Indoor Championships. When he’s not training or treating patients, Jeff enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his wife and family.
